1. What you are buying
Email verification is sold as prepaid credit packs, a one-time digital purchase. One credit is spent per verification that returns a definitive result. Purchased credits do not expire, and there is no subscription.
2. Free credits
Free monthly credits are provided at no cost and are therefore not refundable. They reset each month and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
3. Paid credit packs β 14-day guarantee
We want you to buy with confidence. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase:
- If you have used less than 25% of the credits in that pack, we will refund the full purchase price.
- If you have used more than that, the pack is considered consumed and is non-refundable β but your credits never expire, so nothing is lost and you can keep using them.
After 14 days, purchases are non-refundable. Because credits never expire, you retain full value of anything you have bought.
4. You are only charged for real results
A credit is spent only when a verification returns a definitive result (valid, risky, or invalid). If we cannot determine a result β for example, a DNS timeout or lookup failure β that verification is not charged. You never pay for a verification you did not receive an answer for.
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your account email and order reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Our payment provider may also apply its own terms and processing times.
