2. Description of Services

FatihAI provides email deliverability and outreach tools, including:

Email verification (syntax, MX, SPF, DMARC and disposable-address checks) via API and bulk upload
Cold email outreach, sequences and reply detection
AI-assisted email personalization
Analytics and reporting tools

Email verification is billed using a prepaid credit model: you purchase credit packs and spend one credit per verification that returns a definitive result. Verifications that cannot be determined (for example, a DNS timeout) are not charged. Purchased credits do not expire, and no subscription is required.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not use our services for spam or illegal purposes
Respect the privacy of individuals you contact through our platform

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You must not:

Send unsolicited bulk emails (spam)
Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable regulations
Use false or misleading information in outreach
Attempt to circumvent our security measures
Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

5. Payment Terms

Email verification is sold as prepaid credit packs (one-time purchases), not a subscription. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Purchased credits are added to your balance and do not expire. Prices are shown in USD and may change for future purchases; changes do not affect credits you have already bought. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of FatihAI are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you upload to our platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

FatihAI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Because email verification is prepaid with no subscription, there is nothing to cancel; you may stop using the service and close your account at any time from your dashboard.
